From One Vibration is a beautiful song divinely inspired by Mariah Holden in 1973 when pregnant with her first child. This song has been present in the 3HO music world all that time and part of my 'toolkit' of songs to play at chant programs, while teaching, and in Gurdwara. I've been playing it live a lot lately.

Jon Gagan and I had a great time coming up with this particular arrangement in the studio - a cappella or not? what instruments to use?
