Rakhay Rakhanahaar grants protection and brings remembrance of our relationship with divinity. The smooth music includes bossa nova rhythms with Latin percussion, flute and piano.

Mudra:
Rakhay Rakhanahaar – Clasp the hands at the level of the navel and interlace the fingers, with the left finders on top of the right. The heels of the hands are touching. Rest the thumbs side by side on top of the left index finger and point them forward. Keeping the shoulders relaxed, gently press the elbows into the sides.
