Mudra:
Chay Ghar – At the level of the heart, form a lotus flower of the hands. The thumbs, heels of the hands and little fingers are touching. If it is comfortable, have continuous contact from the thumb tips through the base of the hands to the tips of the little fingers. The rest of the fingers spread to form the petals of the lotus flower.
